| Additional Charges and Options |
Tenants charged additional for long distance calls, breakage, laundry exceeding linens in use for last two days of occupancy, and electricity (we cannot estimate the electric heat they desire).
Optional arrangements can be made for cleaning service, use of the pier and float, and mooring rental. |
