2010 Rental Rates |
| The Cottage rates are quoted for weekly stays, starting at 4:00 pm Saturdays afternoons. Checkout is Saturday mornings at 10:00 AM |
| $2450 - May 15th through June 5th |
| $2800 - June 5th through June 26t |
| $3325 - June 26th through July 24th |
Rates include: water, gas, firewood, trash collection, and basic phone service. 7% sales tax
and a returnable $500 utility/damage deposit are additional |

Tenants charged additional for long distance calls, breakage, laundry exceeding linens in use for last two days of occupancy, and electricity (we cannot estimate the electric heat they desire).
Optional arrangements can be made for cleaning service, use of the pier and float, and mooring rental.
