To avoid confusion and to be fair to all our friends, deposits of 50% are accepted and reservations confirmed under the following conditions:
To avoid a charge, cancellations must be made 21 days prior to arrival. Should there be a cancellation within 21 days a charge of 50 % of the entire stay will be applied unless we are able to resell the room that has been reserved. If there is a cancellation within 7 days there will be a charge for the entire stay.
Should you opt to leave earlier than your original departure date, you will be charged for nights reserved unless we are able to resell your room.
Check in time is from 3pm-6pm. If you plan to arrive later than 6pm please make
arrangements in advance.
Payment for your entire stay will be due on arrival. We accept cash, traveler's checks, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard.
Please check out by 11am so that we may prepare for our arriving guests.
